How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price for all destinations we support.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, Germany, France, and Italy.
If your country is not listed, contact support@homeproglobal.com to arrange a shipping plan.
Do I need to pay international taxes or duties?
We offer free shipping, and all products are tax-inclusive. Customers do not need to pay VAT, customs duty, or sales tax.
How long does it take for my artwork to arrive?
Creating Time: Generally 1-7 business days
Shipping Time: Generally 5-7 business days by FedEx, UPS, or DHL
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 6-14 business days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at support@homeproglobal.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
Note: There are no additional fees to expedite your order. We can also hold your order for a future shipping date upon request.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges:
- Our Responsibility: If the product is unusable, damaged, incorrect, or faulty due to our error, we cover all return shipping costs and will not charge any restocking fees.

Customer Responsibility: For personal reasons, you may return items within 100 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and unopened. In this case, you are responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds cover the purchase price only and exclude original shipping costs. Contact support@homeproglobal.com to initiate the return process.
How long does a refund take to process?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to your original payment method.
What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
If you receive a damaged item, contact support@homeproglobal.com within 10 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged item to expedite the replacement process.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of submission. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours as production will already have begun.
Can I update my order?
Orders cannot be updated after shipping. To request changes before shipping, email support@homeproglobal.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is the painting ready to be hung?
We offer following options:
- Framed/Frameless Option: Comes with hooks for easy hanging.
- Rolled Paintings: You will need to take the painting to a local gallery for framing. The gallery will install hooks for you.
How are the paintings packed?
- Rolled Paintings: Carefully packed in a sturdy paper tube.
- Framed Paintings: Securely packed in a high-quality wooden box.
How do I pick the right artwork for my room?
Choosing the right artwork involves both size and composition:
- For abstract art, bigger is better to maximize impact.
- Oversized art in a small room can create a stunning focal point.
- Small art in a large room may get lost; consider grouping smaller pieces for a balanced display.
- Hang art at eye level based on whether you’ll primarily be sitting or standing in the space.
