At HomeproGlobal, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of submission as production will have already been arranged. Cancellations made within the first 48 hours are accepted, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method, which may take up to 5 business days to process.
Return Policy
We offer a 100-day return period, meaning you have 100 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused and in new condition), in its original packaging, and include all components. We do not accept returns for wall art that has already been installed. You may open the packaging to inspect the quality of the product and confirm that it meets your expectations regarding materials and craftsmanship.
Return Process
If you decide to return a product, please contact our customer service team at support@homeproglobal.com to initiate the return process.
Our team may request photos of the product before approving the return to ensure the product is unused and in resalable condition. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not return items to the shipping address on the package. Additionally, we will provide you with a return shipping label to download, print, and attach to the package.
Return Shipping Fees
If the product you received is unusable, damaged, incorrect, or has any defects due to our mistake, we will cover all return shipping fees, and we can also replace the product free of charge.
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, we accept the return; however, you will need to bear the shipping fees for both delivery and return (the exact amount depends on the courier service used).
Restocking Fee and Service Charge
For returns and refunds due to personal reasons, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and service charge.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days, and the funds will be credited to your credit card or original payment method.
1-Year Warranty
Frames and mounting hardware are covered under a 1-year warranty. This does not include wall art and wooden frames.
To request a warranty claim, please contact us at support@homeproglobal.com and provide the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Returned product
- Reason for warranty claim
- Photos or videos showing the warranty issue
We will get back to you within 7 business days with a resolution.
Missing Items from Your Order
Some items may ship separately. If you did not receive all items in your order, they may arrive later. If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@homeproglobal.com.
All missing items must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order. Refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed after this period.
Customs Refusal of Packages
Per our shipping policy, we are responsible for import duties, taxes, and sales tax for each customer's country. If a package is refused at customs and returned to us, the customer will not be held liable or charged any fees. A full refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information confirms that a package is lost, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement. If this occurs, please contact us.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@homeproglobal.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@homeproglobal.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
